Rob Mannino, President of NY Empire FC, founded the club with a vision to bring something different to Long Island soccer — a team that delivers not just on the field, but in the stands. Driven by a deep love for the game and the community, Rob built Empire to create a platform where fans feel connected, valued, and part of something bigger. His focus on a “fan-first” experience means every match is more than just a game — it’s an event. From matchday energy to community outreach, Rob’s leadership ensures Empire is a club that truly represents Long Island.

Head Coach Max Ferro brings leadership, passion, and a sharp eye for talent to NY Empire FC. Known for building a strong, team-first culture, Max sets the tone with high standards, mutual respect, and a relentless drive to compete.
