NY Empire FC Builds Momentum with Strong Offseason Ahead of 2026 Campaign

NY Empire FC is wasting no time preparing for the upcoming 2026 season, as the club enters the offseason with continuity, ambition, and clear momentum. With the coaching staff returning, key players re-signed, and several new additions already secured, Empire FC is laying the groundwork for a competitive and exciting year ahead.

Coaching Staff Returns
Continuity remains a priority for the club, as Head Coach Max Ferro will return for the upcoming season. Ferro’s leadership and vision have been instrumental in the team’s recent progress. He will once again be joined by Assistant Coach Christina Dutcher, whose impact on player development and match preparation continues to be a valuable asset to the program.

Key Players Re-Signed
NY Empire FC is pleased to confirm the return of several key contributors from last season. Nico Reinoso, Tim de Meij, George Yuseff, Edward Speed, Steven Rojas, Justin Pierre, Malcom Swett, and Kenny Cordova have all re-signed with the club, bringing experience, chemistry, and leadership back into the locker room as the team looks to build on last year’s performances.

New Signings Added
The club has also begun strengthening the roster with new additions ahead of preseason. NY Empire FC welcomes Stalyn Acosta, Mario Salguero, and Matias Ortigoza to the squad, as the team continues to add depth and quality across the field.

Tryouts & Preseason
Open tryouts for NY Empire FC will be held at the end of January, giving prospective players the opportunity to compete for roster spots. Preseason training kicks off in February as the team begins its final preparations for the 2026 campaign.
