Tim de Meij followed up with a goal in the 4th minute, and Nico Reinoso added a third in the 25th, putting the game firmly in NY Empire’s control by halftime. The second half saw Sebastian Garcia score in the 56th minute, and Lenny Lopez added two more goals in the 70th and 85th minutes, with Edward Speed also finding the net in the 80th.
The match saw all seven substitutes used, showcasing the depth of the squad. Two of the substitutes even contributed to the scoring, underscoring the team’s all-around strength. Goalkeeper Justin Silva was solid, making three crucial saves to keep a clean sheet.
