With the regular season just around the corner, NY Empire FC has kicked its preseason training into high gear. The squad is fully immersed in a rigorous schedule, featuring both morning and evening sessions, as they prepare for their inaugural campaign in the UPSL Premier Division.

The team's next preseason test is set for Sunday, August 11, against Central Park Rangers, with a 10 AM kickoff at Randall's Island. This match will be a crucial opportunity for the team to fine-tune their tactics and build on their recent progress.
