The scoring began early when Zane Brown (13’) pounced on a rebound to open the floodgates. Tim de Meij (18’) doubled the lead minutes later with a composed finish inside the box. Before halftime, Mark Tolkin (36’) made it 3–0, capping off a dominant first half for the home side.

The second half saw no let-up from NY Empire. Sebastian Monroy (52’) smashed home a powerful strike to make it four, and de Meij (69’) added his second of the evening with a slick solo effort. The goals kept coming in waves—Joseph Bamfo (82’) extended the lead before Jesper Mikkelson added a late brace (85’, 87’) to round off an unforgettable night.

Head Coach Max Ferro praised his squad’s intensity and teamwork after the match:

“Tonight was the kind of performance that defines who we are—disciplined, creative, and hungry. The boys executed our game plan perfectly, and the energy from the crowd, especially the ISX Spain teams, made it even more special.”

With the victory, NY Empire FC leap into third place in the table, setting up a high-stakes season finale next weekend against East Coast FC. A win would secure a home playoff game, a fitting reward for a side peaking at just the right time.
