Just eight minutes later, NY Empire FC doubled their advantage. Midfielder Eddie Speed delivered a pinpoint cross to forward Lenny Lopez, who was perfectly positioned at the far post to slot the ball home, making it 2-0.

Goalkeeper Justin Silva, alongside center back Trevor Henderson, played pivotal roles in keeping East Coast FC at bay, preserving the clean sheet. Midfielders Eddie Speed and Nico Reinoso, along with forward Lenny Lopez, were standout performers, showcasing their skills and contributing significantly to the victory. These five players earned themselves team of the week in the UPSL Northeast Region. Coach Max Ferro was awarded Coach of the Week.

Substitute Keirol Aron nearly added a third goal late in the game, but his effort was thwarted by an outstanding save from the East Coast goalkeeper. Despite not scoring, Aron's energy off the bench was a key factor in maintaining NY Empire FC's momentum.

Fans enjoyed a festive atmosphere with autographs signed by the players, face painting, soccer dart games, and food trucks, creating a memorable experience for everyone in attendance.
