The match started off with a moment of brilliance from Nico Reinoso, who fired in a stunning 25-yard beauty, leaving the Real NY goalkeeper helpless and putting NY Empire FC up 1-0 early. The crowd erupted as Reinoso's strike set the tone for what would be a dominant performance.
Dylan Meadows doubled the lead shortly after, finishing a well-worked team move to make it 2-0, as NY Empire continued to pile on the pressure.
