NY Empire athletes continue to represent the program well across the college landscape. This year, four Empire-connected players — Cooper Flax (Wake Forest), Danny Moya (Emory), and Keiquon Aaron (Tyler Junior College) — are contributing to successful seasons on their respective teams.
Cooper Flax – Wake Forest University
Flax has been a consistent presence for Wake Forest, starting every match and playing a major role in midfield. His performance this season earned him a spot on the All ACC First Team and on the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List, placing him among the top players nationally.
Danny Moya – Emory University
Moya’s work in the midfield has been a steady asset for Emory. The Eagles are back in the postseason, earning a spot in the 2025 NCAA Tournament, and Moya has been part of that effort with reliable minutes and team-first play.
Keiquon Aaron – Tyler Junior College
Aaron continues to build his game at Tyler JC, contributing across the pitch and gaining valuable experience. His progress through the 2025 season reflects strong development and adds depth to a competitive junior-college program. Tyler JC will be competiting in the JUCO National Championships.
