In their final regular season clash before heading into the playoffs, NY Empire FC pulled off a gritty 2-1 win over Future Soccer Academy on Sunday, capping off a strong campaign with a statement victory.

The action opened with intensity, and it was Danny Moya who created the breakthrough moment in the 44th minute after being brought down in the box. Matthew Cozetti stepped up with confidence and buried the penalty to put Empire up 1-0 just before halftime.

Future Soccer Academy responded shortly after the break, equalizing in the 51st minute and setting up a tense finish as both sides battled for momentum.
