NY Empire delivered a stunning performance on Saturday night, overpowering Kelmedi FC in an emphatic 8–1 victory. The win was as much a celebration off the pitch as it was on it, with fans packing the stands for a night filled with face painting, raffles, a live DJ, and plenty of food, creating one of the most exciting atmospheres of the season.

This match also marked the debut of NY Empire’s new kits by Diaza, proudly featuring Powerade as the main front-of-shirt sponsor — a fresh look that energized both players and supporters.

First-Half Dominance
The tone was set early, with Tim de Meij opening the scoring in the 4th minute thanks to a clever assist from Mason Chetti. By the 21st minute, NY Empire had already built a commanding 4–0 lead with goals from Nico Reinoso (16'), Chetti (18'), and Steven Rojas (21'). Malcom Swett added a fifth just before halftime, heading home from another Chetti assist in the 44th minute.

Chetti’s Hat Trick Seals It
The second half saw more of the same, as Mason Chetti completed his hat trick with goals in the 47th and 53rd minutes, both assisted by Sebastian Monroy. Wilber Gomez capped off the scoring in the 77th minute, slotting home after a slick pass from Reinoso.

Chetti was the clear star of the match, finishing with three goals and three assists in a standout performance that earned him player of the week in the UPSL.
